The “Niedźbała” cake shop has earned itself the name of a company producing cakes of the highest quality and has a permanent place in the history of Pszczyna and its townspeople. Today, many of them could not even imagine a day without a traditional, fresh  “kołoczyk” [a regional yeast bun], or Christmas or a May-Day picnic without “strucli” [twisted or rolled yeast buns with fillings] from “Niedźbały”. A great many of the cakes produced by our company are based on recipes that have remained unchanged over the years.
